I would never have imagined when growing up on a farm in rural Ohio that I would one day have lived in seven states and 14 different cities. Nevermind having been blessed to impacted organizations across 6 of the 7 continents. Growing up on a farm laid the foundation for my journey towards achieving a global reach in the business world. I developed a strong work ethic, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the value of hard work.
